Job Description

  • Install, configure, and maintain backbone ISP IP routing infrastructure.
  • Install, configure, and maintain ISP DHCP, DNS, and RADIUS servers.
  • Install, configure and maintain network switching equipment, wireless infrastructure, and related systems.
  • Administer and upgrade network servers, services, and core software platforms.
  • Support and maintain PC hardware, software, and employee smart devices (e.g., iPhones) as needed.
  • Work closely with Systems Technician I staff to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Document infrastructure changes, upgrades, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Participate in IT projects, rollouts, and system enhancements.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for urgent issues.

Minimum Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or 3 years of work experience in network related field.

Recommended

  • CCNA/Network+/JCNIA/NRS 1 Certification
  • Windows Server, Linux/UNIX, PC Hardware Experience
  • Scripting language (Python, PowerShell, etc..) or Programming Language Experience
  • VoIP, Broadband Access Equipment, IPTV Experience
